I help expats find their way in their new country, make friends, build a social network and create the life they desire on their terms. I help them build a bridge to their new culture and empower their evolving identity.

I understand firsthand the challenges of adapting to a new culture, language, and lifestyle. I'm originally from Sweden and have over 40 years of experience living abroad. My journey has taken me to France, Norway, Finland, Italy, and the Netherlands, enriching my understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives.

Over my 20-year international career in big corporates like IKEA, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and mentoring hundreds of individuals and overseeing international projects.
